With code yellow the CST is no longer required and the CovidScanBE app can no longer be used to scan certificates. When you start the CovidScanBE app you get a notification explaining that use of the app is not necessary (under code yellow).
Conversely, the CovidSafeBE app where you can display your own certificates, does remain active. You can find more details on the Corona Barometer here.
